If someone told me a year ago that I would hit the 10000 views I would have laughed....
There is a catch nevertheless; I work, I love to read,travel and I am slow in the pc ...Whenever I thanked you for your favs it took me hours ... and time is what I do not have.I do answer the comments and questions and got to know some of you better and it is exciting.The way I see it and it suits me of course,is that by faving/collecting the message is clear.No need for thanks and welcomes....

There is not a single time ,while browsing and commenting deviations,that I do not wander "what am I doing here"...
I am not a photographer ,my use of the camera is always in auto mode,I am not an artist though I do appreciate art.
I see your works and I am embarassed and jealous at the same time.
It is a joke but truth;I have three cameras and I havent completed reading the instructions on the use of any.
Yet I enjoy being here and thats where I will stay.Besides I've made so many good friends and I am not giving this up.
Travelling (I guess thats obvious) and reading are my real hobbies.I've had a scanner in its box for almost two years and decided to have a go at it a couple of days ago.There are lots of photos from predegital era, some more than 10 years old.Of course I havent read the instructions and the results are ??..(hillarious when I tried to scan film negatives)
So please bear with me for a few days while experimenting..

Came back last night from a wonderful 12 day trip in Turkey.Ankara was the entry point and then we continued to Kapadokia, Konya,Adana,Kilikian coast and Mersin,Antakya,Tarsos,Gaziantep,Urfa and our last stop the majestic Mount Nemrod with the INCREDIBLE huge statues!
Tiring because we wanted to cover so much in such a short time but so rewarding and stimulating journey!!!It is only when I boarded the plane to Athens that I realized how exhausted I was...I'd do it again tomorrow if I had the chance...
I have lots of photos;I will share with all my friends some.I am a hopeless amateur photographer(I can only shoot in auto)so please be understanding.
My apologies for not being able to answer/comment and thank each and everyone of my DA friends.It will take some time but I'll manage.
